To build strong customer relationships.
Handle outgoing and incoming prospective customers’ inquiries, building rapport, and learning their needs.
Identify and communicate feedback from customers to management for continuous improvement.
To deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of products & services.
Validate & verify customer’s information & details accurately.

Job Requirements


Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia OR English (the ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage).
Must be energetic, positive-minded, and a good team player.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
Good work ethic, well organized and self-motivated.
Dedicated, results-oriented, positive-minded individual striving for positive results.
All races are applicable.
SPM Level and above, Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
