Candidate must possess at least a diploma/advanced / higher/ graduate in any field.
Required language English Malay, Mandarin (optional).
At least 1 year of working experience in sales for the position.
Required skills – computer literate, comms, negotiation.
Preferably junior executive specializing in sales/marketing/ business dev or equal.
Work independently and required travel.
Taking on project supervisory responsibility and providing mentorship and coaching to an entire project team.
Teach savvy and good comms skills.
Build productive and profitable working relationships with existing and potential clients.
Maintain and grow the existing accounts by understanding customer needs provide excellent customer service.
Identify and contact potential partners for a new business opportunity.
Provide product and tech support to the client.
Address partner concerns and queries promptly and ensure partner satisfaction.
Develop competency and qualification for partners.
Work with development, marketing, and services team to achieve revenue goals.
Coordinate with partners to prioritize, plan and manage business activities.
Review and revise business plans based on partner needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of partners marketing plans and recommend improvements.
Oversee partner reward and recognition programs.
Participant in the business review and revenue forecasting activities.
